Synopsis- West Point USCC Outdoor Ice Merchandiser Units and Ice Bags

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS for the Ice Merchandiser Units and Ice, at West Point, NY. This is a re-compete requirement for the United States Military Academy, at West Point, NY.

The period of performance will be from 15 May 2025 – 12 August 2025. This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 312113, Ice Manufacturing, size standard is 750 Employees and FSC/PSC is 8940. In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Please verify that both your DUNS #, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM).

Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria is stated in the solicitation and shall govern. Solicitations (Quotes) and additional supporting documentations (If required) must be submitted through the Unison Marketplace at https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com. In order to be considered for award, the quotes and specifications must be submitted with a completed and filled out Solicitation W911SD25QA062 and uploaded into the Unison Marketplace at https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com no later than April 15, 2025 by 12 pm. Eastern Time. The requests for information are due no later than April 11, 2025 by 1 pm. Eastern Standard Time.
