SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION - Universal Testing Machine Delivery and Installation USMA

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Universal Testing Machine Delivery and Installation at the United States Military Academy (USMA).

The estimated period of performance is 01 July 2025 – 30 June 2026. This requirement will be a 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 334519 – Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing with a size standard of 600 employees and FSC/PSC of N099. - In order to be eligible for award, offerors must be registered as a Small Business concern under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. - Please verify that both your Entity Unique Identifier, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM).
