SYNOPSIS-INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Synopsis: MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)(1)(i), “Only one source reasonably available” based on the company being the sole provider for the services and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government requirements.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with: MEDIANOW, INC. 37 Main ST Netcong, New Jersey 07857-1103 This is a new non-personal services contract to provide presentation room updates for Mahan Hall room #415. The NAICS Code is 518210 Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services with a size standard of $40.0 Mil. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.

However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice are due on or before 08/14/2023 by 10:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) by email to Ms. Maureen “Moe” Flanagan at Maureen.a.flanagan2.civ@army.mil.
