NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – Museum of Jewish Heritage - A Living Memorial to the Holocaust Synopsis: MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)(1)(i), “Only one source reasonably available” based on the company being the sole provider for the services and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government requirements.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with: Museum of Jewish Heritage - A Living Memorial to the Holocaust Edmond J. Safra Plaza 36 Battery Place New York, New York 10280-1502, United States This is a new requirement for the American Service Academies Program (ASAP) for the Department of History at West Point U.S Military Academy. The NAICS Code is 712110 – Museums with a size standard of $34.0 million dollars. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.

However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice are due on or before 05/23/2024 by 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) by email to Leslie Duron at leslie.a.duron.civ@army.mil.
