Award Notice-Emergency Generator Repair Service at West Point, NY

The U.S. Army, West Point Mission Installation Contracting Command Office, (MICC) is issuing this solicitation for the Emergency Generator Service, at West Point, NY. This is a base + 4 option years. The period of performance is listed below:

Base Year 11 July 2024 through 10 July 2025 1st Option Year 11 July 2025 through 10 July 2026 2nd Option Year 11 July 2026 through 10 July 2027 3rd Option Year 11 July 2027 through 11 July 2028 4th Option Year 11 July 2028 through 11 July 2029 This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business under NAICS code 811310 – Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, size standard is $12.5 Million and PSC is Z1NZ.

In order to be eligible for award, an offeror must be registered under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Please verify that both your DUNS #, Cage Code are current and valid in the SAM system. Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation and documents issued, as criteria stated in the solicitation shall govern. It is the offeror’s responsibility to check the website provided (https://www.sam.gov) as necessary for any posted changes to this solicitation and all amendments. Quotes and additional supporting documentations (if required) must be submitted as instructed on or before the close date noted in the solicitation.
