AMEND 0001 March 20, 2024-- The purpose of this amendment is to remove the Golf Cart from the PWS, no other changes. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SOLICITATION for U.S. Army West Point 2024 USMA Graduation Parking Support at West Point, NY. The Period of Performance is May 10, 2024, through May 31, 2024 (EST).

This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS 812930 Parking Lots and Garages, size standard is $47 Million Dollars Per Year. To be eligible for award, business must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. Please verify that both your UEI #, Cage Code are both current and valid.

Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria as stated in the solicitation shall govern. The solicitation will be issued in electronic format is available on the Governmentwide Point of Entry SAM.gov, www.sam.gov.
