INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - EXPERIAN INFORMATION SOLUTIONS, INC

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – EXPERIAN INFORMATION SOLUTIONS, INC. Synopsis: MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)(1)(i), “Only one source reasonably available” based on the company being the sole provider for the services and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government requirements.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with: Experian Information Solutions, Inc 475 Anton BLVD Costa Mesa, California 92626-7037, United States This is a new requirement for one (1) Experian File One Credit database for the Department of Social Sciences at the United States Military Academy. The NAICS Code is 561450 – Credit Reporting Bureaus with a size standard of $41.0 million dollars. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes.

However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government . Responses to this notice are due on or before 08/22/2024 by 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) by email to Leslie Duron at leslie.a.duron.civ@army.mil.
