Notice of Intent to Increase Contract Ceiling on the West Point MATOC Program: The U.S. Military Academy Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC)/Indefinite Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts.

Authority: 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

Description of Action: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – West Point, on behalf of U.S. Army Military Academy Directorate of Public Works requests an increase to the ceiling capacity for the Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (MAIDIQ) contract numbers W911SD-19-D-0002 through 0007.This increase is necessary to fund existing projects and maintain continuity of services until the follow-on effort is awarded. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.

This is a notice of Intent to increase the contract ceiling capacity on the construction MATOC. The Contracting Officer determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.
