Intent to Sole Source

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC)-Fort McCoy intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price order to InVeris Training Solutions, Inc, 296 Brogdon Road, Suwanee, GA 30024, CAGE Code 087W6 against GSA contract GS-00F-113DA. The purpose of this acquisition is to procure the following target parts to be delivered FOB Destination to Fort McCoy, WI.

Open market target parts include 1) sensor, SIT assembly, part number 1045670 2) subassembly – main harness with brackets, part number 1029161 3) PCB subassembly target control PNP MFSIT, part number 1032187 4) target control PCA, P&Y, P&P, part number 20-3618 5) harness – PCB adapter, MFSIT, part number 1032188 6) guide, PC card, 4” snap, part number 917281 7) PC card guide, 3”, part number 917280 8) operating PRGM 2400 BAUD Modem PNP, part number 20-3457 and 9) EPROM 24MHZ RIA, part number 20-3282.

The delivery date will be for no later than 26 September 2024. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this action is 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source, for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. InVeris Training Solutions, Inc is the only company that can provide the compatible parts for the current live fire training systems at Fort McCoy, WI.

This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered before the notice end date. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that they are eligible and capable of providing these services. If no affirmative written responses are received by 8:00 AM Central Time on 20 June 2024, an award will be made without further notice.

A request for documentation will not be considered an affirmative response. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. It is noted that offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to receive a Government contract award. Offerors may register for SAM at https://sam.gov.
