FY 2026 ICIDS MAINTENANCE MONITORING AND REPAIR

The Directorate of Emergency Services (DES), Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) requires contractor support for monitoring and maintenance services for the Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System V (ICIDS V) at JBLM and Yakima Training Center (YTC).

Services to be performed under this acquisition are limited to JBLM-Main, JBLM-North, JBLM McChord Field, and Yakima Training Center (YTC), in order to provide a safe and secure environment for the Airmen, Soldiers, Civilians, and Families that work, live, or visit the installations. Amendment #1 This amendment posts questions received and provides the Government's reply to those questions.

This amendment also provides a revised PWS dated 29 July 2026 and updates the listing of Contract Documents, Exhibits and Attachments. Amendment #2 This amendment removes the requirement to support ICIDS services at Camp Murray. This amendment removes the reference and information regarding “Camp Murray” in: Addendum to 52.212-1 ICIDS Performance Work Statement (PWS), referenced in the List of Contract Documents, Exhibits, or Attachments.
