Amended to include need for analysis software and filter cubes. Amended to include Set aside code. We require an instrument that can acquire real-time data from multiple modes of measurement simultaneously to yield insight about protein behavior. The instrument should be reproducible to facilitate different users acquiring the same results ,have minimal running costs without the use of proprietary consumables, come with software to setup experiments and collect data. Automated experiments should collect fluorescence, absorbance, light scattering, and pH/conductivity data. Automated titration sare required. Temperature and mixing speed must be controllable. The instrument should perform experiments in phase separation, protein interactions, protein aggregation, thermal stability, ion binding, and pH stability
