Bids that do not meet the firm requirements listed in the description will not be accepted. This solicitation is posted as a brand name or equal. In the absence of a brand name listed in the solicitation, the salient physical function or performance characteristics must still be met. A completed Buy American form MUST be filled out and included with your bid to be considered.

Offer submissions not including a completed attachment may be rejected as non-responsive. All Shipping/packaging/inspection charges to be included! A single shipment/invoice is requested. Multiple shipments must be approved in writing through the listed POC prior to shipping.
