(2) Wax must be in bead or flake form only. (3) Provide the manufacturer information of the wax.

(4) Wax Packaging Requirements: (a) Wax must be packaged within boxes (15 inches in length X 12 inches in width X 12 inches in height / Each box is not to exceed 50 lbs.) (b) No more than 40 boxes per pallet (2000 lbs.) (c) Every box must be sealed. Within the box the wax is to be encased in a sealed and durable plastic bag. (See attached Spec Sheet)
