Reeason for change is to add salient characteristics to Solicitation adding the following:

all-electric, hot water, power washer systems with dual hose reels for each system. Standards and Regulations a. ETL certified to UL1776, UL508A, CSA 22.2 No.68 and CSA C22.2 No. 14 standards. b. Meets the National Electric Code (NEC). c. OSHA compliant. Description.

a. System shall meet all applicable OSHA standards and regulations.

b. Elimination of pinch points is to be considered during design. Guards and plaques will be added where needed.

c. Ease of maintenance shall be a design consideration for all portions.

d. The design should utilize commercial-off-the-shelf items whenever possible to facilitate repair and replacement of worn and/or damaged parts.

e. All exposed materials shall be coated/painted or made of nonferrous materials to prevent corrosion.

f. 5.0 GPM at 3,000 psi. 140 deg Fg. 480 Volts, 3 phase, 60 Hertz h. Service power not to exceed 100 amps. i. 10.0 horsepower TEFC, 1750 rpm motor with 1.15 Service F actorj.

Industrial grade triplex ceramic plunger pump k. Two 30 KW electric heating elements and vessel NEMA 4 watertight main electrical enclosure with on off controls and indicator lights for the electric motor and heating element. l. Circuit breakers for the motor, primary transformer, and heating element circuits. p. Detergent injector. q. High temperature limit switch, pressure relief valve, water flow switch, and temperature and pressure gauges. r. Hour meter and shut down timer. s. Heavy duty industrial steel frame with powder coat paint finish and lifting bar with dual lifting eyes.
