New 14 drawer double bank rolling tool cabinets with dimensions no less than 42? w x 38? t x 22? d. The following are the minimum qualities acceptable; fully extended drawers shall have ball-bearing slides on each side, with a minimum of 125 lb. load capacity. At least one drawer shall have a 200lb. capacity. 6? x 2? ball bearing casters (2 locking) that have no less than 450lb capacity each; single key locks, all cabinets shall be keyed differently.

All cabinets shall be the same color, and painted with gloss, chemical resistant paint. Each cabinet shall have a side mounted metal handle for movement and include a top vinyl mat. The total load capacity shall be no less than 1,800 lbs. Cabinets shall be constructed of steel with a thickness of no less than 18 gauge. The cabinets shall have a manufacturer?s warranty that can be exercised by the owner, not just the purchaser.
