FORT HOOD WANTS TO PURCHASE THERMAL PANELS WITH THE SPECIFICATIONS IN THE SIZES AND QUANTITIES DESCRIBED IN THE ATTACHMENT AND BELOWCLIN 001 Fort Hood Range Operations wants to purchase Thermal Panels /Blankets for Targets on its Military Ranges. The Thermal Targets must be powered by 120V AC. The Targets must provide a heat signature that is at least 10 degrees above ambient. The Target Panels must have multi-hit capability/ durability.

We want to purchase the following size in the indicated quantities of this line item of the buy. 2ft x4 ft TRACK (STD) (750) Seller must provide manufacturer specification sheet indicating Ambient temperature and sizes. QTY 750CLIN 002 Fort Hood Range Operations wants to purchase Thermal Panels /Blankets for Targets on its Military Ranges. The Thermal Targets must be powered by 120V AC. The Targets must provide a heat signature that is at least 10 degrees above ambient.
