Hot Asphalt Blanket Purchase Agreement with Fort Drum, NY

This synopsis is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for quote and no solicitation exists. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Drum, NY is seeking multiple businesses willing to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Asphalt Products for Fort Drum, NY, under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 342121, Asphalt Paving Mixture and Block Manufacturing.

NOTE: Contractor physical location is limited to a 10 mile radius from Fort Drum, NY. See attached document for specific product requirements. These BPAs will be evaluated annually and may remain in place for up to five years. When establishing these BPAs the Government will consider price, past performance (where past performance information exists), and technical capabilities.

As prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004, interested parties must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) under NAICS Code 342121. Representations and Certifications must also be on record. The registration is done through the System for Award Management website for free at https://www.sam.gov.
