AMENDMENT 2: The purpose of Amendment 2 is to add the compiled Questions/Answers.

END AMENDMENT 2. AMENDMENT 1: The purpose of this amendment is to add the following statement to PWS Paragraph 5.4.3: The call shall remain in queue for no longer than 60 seconds before being answered by an operator. The title of Attachment 01 is changed from Performance Work Statement to Performance Work Statement Amendment 1. All other terms and conditions remain the same. END AMENDMENT 1 Fort Drum, NY has a requirement for Telephone Answering Services.
