The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to aerially apply chemical herbicide via helicopter to restore line-of-sight on various live fire ranges and the Main Impact Area on Fort Drum, NY. See document CSS_W911S225QA009 and all attachments for the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions.
