Amendment 2: Updated contact info Amendment 1: Added Appendix 1 REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) Instructions Complete and submit the attached Appendix 1 with your quote. Quotes submitted without Appendix 1 will NOT be considered. Please ensure that you have read the entire RFQ prior to submitting your quote. Your quote shall be in full compliance with the instructions in this RFQ. The quote shall be valid for a minimum of 30 Calendar days. The award of this RFQ is anticipated to be on or about: August 30, 2024. This is not a brand name requirement. By responding to this RFQ, the Offeror agrees to meet all the requirements incorporated herein and agrees to all terms, conditions, and provisions.

Salient Characteristics:

a) Secure Storage: The cart is equipped with lockable front and back doors to prevent theft, damage, and tampering. This ensures that devices remain safe and secure when not in use.

b) Ample Capacity: With a capacity of 36 to 46 ports, the cart can accommodate a large number of tablets (iPad 10th Gen) and USB-powered devices with screen sizes up to 14 inches.

c) Versatile Charging: The cart supports charging via USB-C and USB-A ports, providing compatibility with a wide range of devices.

d) Built-in Plug Outlets: In addition to USB ports, the cart features built-in plug outlets, allowing for convenient charging of devices that require traditional power sources.

e) Simultaneous Charging: The cart is designed to avoid potential overloads and can charge multiple devices simultaneously, ensuring efficient and reliable charging for all connected devices.
