This is a non-personal services contract to provide Property Management for the Futures and Concepts Center (FCC) Capability Development Integration Directorates (CDIDs) property accountability management to include but not limited to sub hand-receipts, maintaining records, receiving/turning in equipment/supplies, and life cycle replacement (LCR) management, in accordance with the Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) and Army Regulation 710-4 Property Accountability, Army Regulation 735-5, Property Accountability Policies, 710-2 Supply Policy Below the National Level.

The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary, except government furnished property, to manage and perform the Supply, Maintenance and Services functions assigned to assist the CDIDs, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall provide Supply and Logistics Support, Systems Management, Inventories, Asset Management Operations to CDID’s that fall under FCC.

The objective of this contract is to provide Supply and Logistics Support, Systems Management, Inventories, Asset Management Operations to the CDID’s located troughout the Continental United States located at Ft Bliss, Texas; Fort Novosel, Alabama; Fort Eisenhower, Georgia; Fort Sam Houston, Texas; Fort Sill, Oklahoma; Fort Huachuca, Arizona; Fort Moore, Georgia; Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri; Fort Leavenworth, Kansas; Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia; and Austin, TX. Interested Contractors shall submit a Capabilities Statement in accordance with the Attachment- Sources Sought Notice.
