10th SFG ACS Door Upgrade IDIQ

THIS SPECIAL NOTICE IS LIMITED TO LENEL ONGUARD SECURITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (SMS) SERVICES AND SUPPLIES TO BE COMPLETED AT FORT CARSON, COLORADO. This special notice is to announce that MICC-Fort Carson intends to award a sole sourced, firm fixed-price contract for the LENEL OnGuard SMS to B.W. Secure the designated Value-Added Reseller (VAR) for Fort Carson as authorized by 41 U.S.C. 1901 and in accordance with RFO FAR 12.101 and RFO FAR 12.201.

It is deemed that only one source is available to meet this specific requirement. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and a solicitation will not be issued. The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths). Please note that this notice is not a Request for Quotations (RFQ); however, any response to this notice must show clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government.

Responsible parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit complete information in writing describing their ability to provide the product/services no later than 9:00 AM MDT on August 13, 2026, reference W911RZ26RA018. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
