10th SFG Services- Cooks Augmentation LaRochelle Dining Facility: Fort Carson, CO (1) Type II Cook (Supervisor) and (7) Type I Cook (Line Cooks)

Amendment 0001- The purpose of this amendment is to publish the questions received in response to the solicitation, along with their corresponding answers.CONTRACTORS MUST ACKNOWLEDGE THE AMENDMENT.10th SFG (A)

Cooks Augmentation Services LaRochelle Dining Facility: Fort Carson, CO(1) Type II Cook (Supervisor) and (7) Type I Cook (Line Cooks). LaRochelle Dining Facility is chronically understaffed due to 92G (Culinary Specialists) manning shortages. Due to this, the DFAC is opting to augment with cook civilian professionals. The augmentation of personnel will allow the DFAC to remain fully staffed and will allow the 92G population the time to prioritize their warfighting function and administrative duties.

The contractor shall provide a total of seven (7) Cooks Type I (Line cooks) and one (1) Type II Cook (Supervisor). Contractors shall provide all transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform cook augmentation that supports the Warfighter with flexible, efficient and cost-effective service as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property (GFP) and government furnished services (GFS).
