Fort Bliss B2903 Kitchenette (Amendment 3)

The mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC)- Ft. Riley, KS is issuing a solicitation for an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to award a single firm-fixed-price contract to install new kitchenettes at Building 2903 (Room 125).

Work to include new ceiling for kitchen use, upper and base cabinets, counter tops and backsplash, new sink, garbage disposal, drinking fountain, new plumbing work above the ceiling and below the floor to the basement for new sink faucet and waste disposal, new range hood through wall exhaust duct and vent, wiring and conduit and any wall repair / paint for all three levels. Work is located within the Fort Bliss TX Installation. The contract duration is 120 days after notice to proceed.

This project is a Total Small Business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220, with a size standard of $45,000,000.00. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract.

Amendment 1 or W911RX-26-B-A0040001 has been posted to add an attachment for an asbestos survey, additional clauses, and to clarify the language in Section 00 00 00. 08 July 2026:

Amendment 2 or W911RX-26-B-A0040002 has been posted.

Amendment 2 provides a change in project magnitude, an attachment response for RFIs, and a revised SOW. Regarding the SOW, item 1.4.2.1. Includes more information regarding Hazardous Requirements, item 1.4.6.1. has been removed, and item 1.4.7.2. has been revised to include a different location.

Amendment 3 or W911RX-26-B-A0040003 has been posted.

Amendment 3 provides a clarification on the period of performance which is 120 days after the notice to proceed. The deadline has also been extended to allow time for prospective bidders to modify their bids. Please see attached solicitation and supporting documents.
