AMENDMENT 4 - TACTICAL WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM (TWPS) REPAIR

This is a Firm Fixed Price non-personal service contract for repair of five (5) Tactical Water Purification System (TWPS) at the contractor’s chosen repair facility. Repairs shall be in accordance with Enclosure 1: Identified TWPS Deficiencies Technical Inspection. 1.1.2 The period of performance is anticipated “not to exceed” repair timeline 12 months. Repairs will be completed at the appropriate repair location of the contractor’s choosing.

The address of the repair site must be provided to United States Government (USG) to facilitate delivery and pickup of the five TWPS. The contractor shall repair Fort Riley’s five TWPS systems in accordance with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on-site Technical Inspection (Enclosure 1). The USG is responsible for transportation of the five TWPS to and from the selected contractor.

The TWPS should be returned to a “Fully Operational” state at a minimum; safe to operate and capable of fully functioning as intended/designed. The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to attach the pictures of the TWPS PLC Processor Module and the Repair Part List for the PLC Processor Module. Please use the Amendment 0001 RFQ Solicitation
