Professional Services Contract Release Date: Dec 2024 This DRAFT solicitation is for planning purposes only. It is subject to change. It is not a request for proposals and is not a commitment by the government to purchase or pay for the desired products and services.
The JPM CBRN Sensors mission is to deliver sustainable Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Sensor capabilities to the Joint Force, enabling an integrated defense safeguarding warfighters' lives and proactively counters weapons of mass destruction. The JPM CBRN Sensors provides integrated, layered, sensors capability to enable unencumbered protection of the Joint Force and the Nation to fight and win in any domestic and global CBRN battlespace.
The JPM CBRN Sensors develops, fields and sustains JPM CBRN Sensors, reconnaissance systems, and mobile laboratory capabilities. They provide integrated early warning by bringing together the products in their portfolio along with robotics and autonomous systems, decision support tools, machine learning and artificial intelligence to provide situational awareness and understanding of CBRN threats. This Task Order Request (TOR) is a small-business set-aside in support of the JPM CRBN Sensors.
See Sections L&M for the evaluation approach TOR # W911QY-25-R-JS01 - ACQUISITION SUPPORT SERVICES ACC-APG, Natick Division, on behalf of JPEO CBRND, is solicitating proposals for acquisition support services in support of JPM CBRN Sensors. This is a small business set-aside.
Only those companies that received Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) awards in One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS +) Small Business Management & Advisory Domain, NAICS 541611, will be eligible to submit proposals for this effort. In order for proposals to be eligible for award, they shall be written and submitted in compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this TOR.
Offerors are hereby notified that there will be no more than one (1) successful offer for each TOR. The contract type will be hybrid with Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and a small percentage of Cost Reimbursable (CR) CLINs. The CR CLINs are for Travel and Other Direct Costs.
