Pattern Continuation

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Contracting Division, in support of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command – Soldier Center (DEVCOM-SC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Alvanon, Inc., located at 102 W 38 St 4FL, Manhatten, NY 10018-3657, under the authority as prescribed in FAR 13.106(b)(1). The requirement is for Army modernization and standardization in clothing development.

Alvanon has previously provided patterns and dress forms for both males and females that were developed by the Alvanon team. These particular patterns were successful in expediting Army uniform development and providing improved fit for the Army population. The Army plans to use these developed patterns for new Army uniform development. This contract will continue efforts for Army modernization and standardization in clothing development.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541990 and the size standard is $19,500,000.00. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available.
