335910 5. Description: The Quantum Science and Technology Branch of the United States (U.S.) Army Research Laboratory (ARL) requires the procurement of (8) Ecoflow Delta Pro Ultra X Electric Generators.

Delivery is required to TDAC facilities in White Sands Missile Range, NM Item Description Quantity EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra X Electric Generators 8 EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra X LFP Battery Storage Units 40 40-ft MC4 Solar Panel Extension Cables 20 EcoFlow Power Input/Output Cables 10 EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra 50 Amp Hubs 3 EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 3 3 Technical Specifications Requirement Category Specification Model Standard Must be EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra X to ensure seamless integration with existing ARL units and infrastructure.

Storage Capacity Minimum of 30,000 Watt-hours (30kWh) of energy storage per unit. Charging Interface Must include solar connection capabilities for off-grid or field charging. Battery Chemistry LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) storage technology.

Location: 1856 CRAIG STREET White Sands Missile Range, NM 88002 6. This is a notice of intent to conduct a brand name sole source procurement, using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.

However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

7. The anticipated award date is 29 May 2026. 8. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency. 9. The United States Government intends to solicit and negotiate exclusively with authorized sellers or resellers of EcoFlow Logistics LLC (CAGE: 1ADT0;

Address: 4717 Crenshaw BLVD; Los Angeles, California 90043-1233, United States) brand EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra X LFP battery storage units. This action is conducted under the authority of FAR 6.103-1, as it has been determined that EcoFlow Logistics LLC is the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the specific requirements of the agency. As detailed in this Presolicitation Notice, only the specified EcoFlow brand-name units possess the technical capabilities and infrastructure compatibility necessary to meet the Government's mission-critical needs.
