The Government requires quantity one (1) Dust Collector with complete install in accordance with the following specifications: Shall include a cartridge style dust collector with a minimum of twelve (12) cartridge filters Shall include a dust collector model that utilizes disposable filter cartridges Shall include a model that has a minimum volumetric flow rate of 6000 standard cubic feet per minute (SCFM) Shall include a model that operates at a minimum filtering velocity rate of 1715 feet per minute (FPM) Shall include a standard finish Shall include at least a 1 cubic yard rugged steep self-dumping hopper with access cover and watertight lid Shall include a hopper with at least 6000-pound capacity Shall include a hopper designed to be moved using a forklift Shall include front inlets and rear bottom outlets with a standard 16-inch size Shall include a backward inclined fan with Backward Inclined, High volume, Single width (BIHS) 182 w/ no greater than a 25-horsepower motor and 75 dBA return air silencer Shall include a control panel with no greater than 25 horsepower variable frequency drive (VFD) with airflow controller and filter Shall include cleaning controls in a National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) 12 enclosure and include a relay for a remote start signal Shall include bodies that have a continuous weld construction using 7-, 10-, and 12- gauge carbon steel designed for 25-inch water gauge Shall include grade level outdoor unit installation Shall include onsite field measuring services to produce a drawing approval package Shall include design consultation, design meetings and drawing revisions as required Shall include approval drawings in portable document format (PDF) and computer-aided design (CAD) file format Shall include exterior pad and equipment layout on drawings Shall include exterior dirty air duct routing Shall include clean air duct routing to return building Shall include all materials and fabrication manpower to construct all required ductwork Shall include ductwork to be constructed from galvanized carbon steel sheet metal with angle flange connections Shall include all materials and fabrication to construct dust collector inlet/out transitions Shall include all materials and fabrication to construct fan silencer transitions Shall include all materials and fabrication to construct return air diffuser package Shall include all materials and fabrication to construct silencer support stand Shall include a support stand to be fabricated from carbon steel and powder coated Shall include all materials and fabrication or all required duct support stands Shall include onsite mechanical manpower for the installation of one (1) dust collector Shall include onsite mechanical manpower for the installation of one (1) ground mounted fan Shall include onsite mechanical manpower for the installation of one (1) fan silencer Shall include onsite mechanical manpower for the installation of dirty air ductwork to dust collector Shall include existing dirty air underground main trunk to be cut approximately 6" above finish elevation of concrete pad for the adaption of new duct components (Vanstone adaption) Shall include onsite mechanical manpower for the installation of new clean air return ductwork Shall include onsite mechanical manpower for the installation of new clean air return diffuser on interior of building Shall provide and install required clamp together ductwork for the relocation of two (2) 5-inch duct drops to currently owned saws located at the Shop Shall include onsite mechanical labor to remove existing dust collector equipment for exterior of building Shall include instruction manual and replacement parts list for easy assembly and maintenance Shall include all installation services Shall include labor and travel required for installation Shall include rental equipment for install to include an extending boom forklift and 35-foot articulating man lift Shall include freight, pickup and delivery Shall include rigging services Delivery to 6375 Johnson Road, building 321, Aberdeen Proving Ground 21005 (Warehouse) and end user location at 1100D no later than eight (8) weeks After Receipt of Order (ARO). The Contractor shall include a one-year warranty on all equipment pieces and installation labor Shall include on-site operator training for shop employees
