ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND (ACC) – WATERVLIET ARSENAL (WVA) proposes to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm Fixed Price contract. This action will be Full and Open Competition (IAW SOW) for the following item as follows:

NAICS Code: 611430, Professional and Management Development Training, to provide training to the workforce, primarily the Manufacturing workforce, via a subscription service, which is an online library of manufacturing courses and programs that specialize in materials, manufacturing processes, manufactured products, and Quality among other specialties. The training will primarily be for our manufacturing employees over a one-year subscription.
