Outreach Support Services

Amendment 2 has been posted as of 24 Feb 2026. New proposal due date is 11 March 2026 at 4:00 PM EST. The primary objective is to establish and strengthen networks that connect the U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. Army DEVCOM Army Research Laboratory (DEVCOM ARL) and its Government Partners with academia, industry, and other government agencies.

These networks aim to promote the exchange of scientific ideas, the generation of knowledge, and the development of a skilled research and engineering workforce through the implementation of K-12 and university focused science and technology education and outreach initiatives. These efforts support the nation's need for an agile, highly capable, and technically proficient talent pool.

To achieve these goals, The DoD and Army's vision includes developing a comprehensive pipeline of outreach programs that equip individuals with the skills and experience necessary for the future workforce. This network also supports the achievement of DoD and Army objectives and helps maintain the United States' leadership in science and technology.
