The Army Contracting Command (ACC), Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Research Triangle Park (RTP), Contracting Division (CD) intends to enter into a contract with GXM Consulting LLC in pursuant to FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source.

The Army Research Laboratory (ARL) as a requirement for a follow on sole source contract be awarded to GXM Consulting LLC, 42986 Farmingdale Drive Ashburn, VA 20147-4485 to continue mission critical support for the Joint Explosive Ordinance Disposal mission, the Explosive Ordinance Disposal Program Management Office and the Decision Support System (DSS) Program of Record.

Specifically, this effort will continue the Army’s commitment to supporting the JEOD Program Management Office with the management, sustainment, and maintenance of leading-edge mobile technologies developed during the Innovative Transformative Applications Program (ITAP). The ITAP Program developed a unique and innovative suite of mobile Explosive Ordnance detection and mapping applications in support of the U.S. Warfighter.

It is the Government's intent to award a five-year, single award contract to meet the Government’s continued JEOD-DSS Support requirement. This notice of intent is not a Request for Proposals, nor does it represent a commitment by government to pay for any costs incurred by the preparation and submission of data or any other costs incurred in response to this notification. No solicitation document is available.

All responsible sources may respond by submitting a written narrative statement of capability within 15 days of date of notice by COB (4:30PM) 24 July 2024, to Jessica Harrington, Contracting Officer, at the email address listed below for consideration by the agency.

Responses shall also include itemized pricing that is sufficient to make a determination that competition is feasible. Failure to provide the required information to enable the Government to make a determination may render the response unacceptable.

The Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services; however, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 30 days of this notice. The Government reserves the right to process this procurement as an Only One Responsible Source, pursuant to FAR Part 6.302-1, based on the responses received.
