This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91151-26-Q-A013. This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06, effective 27 August 2025 and DFARS Defense Publication Notice Current to DPN: 08 August 2025. MICC Fort Hood intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for a non-personal services contract for the Roman Catholic Religious Education Coordinator function at Fort Hood, Texas. This role involves assisting the Catholic Chaplain and Priest in conducting religious education services in accordance with the guidelines of the Roman Catholic Church, the policies of the Archdiocese for the Military Services, Army Regulation 165-1, and Installation Chaplain Policies outlined in attached performance work statement.
