Awarded
$1,779,329.00 obligated so far on USAspending, September 11, 2025, contract w9115125PA033
Description
As published on SAM.gov.
The required supply is for three complete JFO Simulation Systems (system, as it relates to this acquisition, is defined – in this document – as a grouping of individual commercial components integrated to meet government requirements) and partial components for one JFO Simulation System to provide the III AC FSE with a call for fire (CFF) simulation capability to support JFO training, sustainment, and recertification requirements.
The capability must replicate the form, fit, and function of M22 binoculars, Lightweight Laser Designator Rangefinder (LLDR), and Infrared Zoom Laser Illuminator Designator (IZLID). The system must be compatible with Virtual Battlespace 4 (VBS4), interoperable with existing Program of Record (POR) fires systems, and capable of integrating into future Army Synthetic Training Environment (STE) systems.
The solution must support 2D, non-virtual reality display configurations and enable realistic call for fire (CFF) mission processing in accordance with JFO recertification standards. The requirement includes all necessary equipment, software, and integration support to meet these training objectives.
This procurement will deliver complete, integrated simulation systems for mission-critical targeting and detection training to four III AC subordinate commands: 1st Cavalry Division (1CD) at Fort Hood, 1st Armored Division (1AD) at Fort Bliss, 4th Infantry Division (4ID) at Fort Carson, and 1st Infantry Division (1ID) at Fort Riley.
Each system will be tailored with specific components and quantities based on division-specific mission requirements and will include five-year on-site warranty support with guaranteed seven-day equipment replacement. 1CD possesses partial components and requires only select additional components to upgrade their existing system to the same capability level as the new systems being provided to 1AD, 1ID, and 4ID.
