Chemistry Testing - Cost Per Reportable Result

The purpose of amendment W9114F-25-Q-A035-0002 is to:

1. Post Q&A 2. Update Exhibit B - Projected Implementation Plan 3. Extend the response deadling to 12 JUNE 2025 at 17:00 CET. Quoters shall provide quotes on the conformed copy of W9114F-25-Q-A035-0002 and sign and return a copy of the SF30s for Amendments -0001 and -0002 with their quotes. The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-Europe requires (1) automated chemistry analyzer and reagents in support of the laboratory mission at U.S. Army Health Clinic - Vicenza in Vicenza, Italy.

The successful offeror shall furnish all equipment, reagents, consumables, controls, and any necessary maintenance to the respective laboratories for the purpose of hematology testing under a Cost Per Reportable Result (CPRR) CLIN structure. All parts, equipment and reagents/consumables shall be supplied and serviced through the Contractor. The resulting contract will be a Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with one (1) five-year ordering period.

The anticipated ordering period is approximately 01 July 2025 to 30 June 2030. See attached 1449 for details. Questions are due no later than 17:00 Central European Time on 8 May 2025.
