Oil/Water Separator

OWS Inlet System Attachment and revised PWS making reference to the attachment are hereby added to the attachments.

Amendment 0002 is issued to revise the CLIN structure and to provide a revised PWS. The closing date is changed to 21 May 2024.

Amendment 0001 is issued to change quantities of the Base Period and option period CLINs and to add a revised PWS.

The bid due date is changed to 08 April 2024. This organization requires the contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, labor, supplies, tools, material, supervision, licenses and permits, and any other non-personal service necessary for removal, transportation, and disposal of oil/water mixtures and sludge/sand/soils from 12 Oil, Water Separators (OWSs) on Kunsan AB in compliance with all the provisions of the contract as specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) in order to fulfill all laws and regulations of ROK, State, and Federal Regulation, International agreement, Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) and USFK Regulation 201-1 Environmental Governing Standards (EGS) or, in their absence, the Overseas Environmental Baseline Guidance Document (OEBGD).
