These Requirements are combined two(2) projects of existing MATOC Non-Work Plan and Work Plan Contractors of Area III, Suw on AB and Osan AB, Korea as follow : W91QVN-24-D-0021, -0022, -0023, -0024, -0025, -0026, -0027, -0028, -0029, -0030, -0031, -0032, -0033, -0034, -0035, -0036, -0037, -0038, -0080, -0083, -0100, -0104, 0108, -0109. 1) Project #: SMYU 23-1025/ Repair Leaky Roof on base Library B921 at Osan AB (CLIN 0001) 2) Project#: SMYU 22-1060/ Repair Leaky Roof and Exteriors for B1605 and B1623 at Osan AB (CLIN 0002)

2. Site Visit: Offerors w ho intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit. See site visit clause in Section L for the schedule. An organized site visit has been scheduled for-- Date & Time: 0900 Hours, 28 Mar 2024 (Thursday) 3.S ubmission of Proposal each CLIN: See Section L & M (1)P roposals Packet: It shall be submitted by 1400 hours on the closing date of RFP via email. (2)P ricing Proposal, Offer Breakdow n and Completion of Section K for each CLIN 4. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to the RFP, the contractor shall submit a "No-Offer Letter" by the date and time specified in this solicitation.
