US Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground Orlando Division will host a Hybrid PALT Industry Update on Tuesday, November 10, 2026 from 1100-1200 ET at the following location: Central Florida Tech Grove, 1st floor Partnership IV building, 12809 Science Drive, Orlando, FL.

The session will be hosted by ACC-APG Orlando Division, with contributors from US Army CPE ST3 and USMC PM TRASYS. The session can accommodate a maximum of 160 industry partners for in-person attendance and up to 300 participants via MS Teams. Each participant must register/RSVP for the in-person or virtual session to attend.

The deadline to register for either in-person or virtual attendance is Friday, October 30, 2026; 11:59 PM ET.

The deadline to submit questions is also Friday October 30, 2026; 11:59 PM ET. Questions submitted after this deadline will not be answered during the PALT Industry update.

IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE: Individuals who register for in-person attendance must present a Government issued photo ID to gain entrance to the Tech Grove facility. Due to limited parking at the Partnership IV/Tech Grove facility, we strongly advise that attendees DO NOT PARK in the reserved spots. In-person attendees are encouraged to park in the parking lot on the southeast corner of Science Drive and Technology Parkway, adjacent to the entrance to NSA Orlando main gate and proceed on foot to the Partnership IV - Central Florida Tech Grove, 12809 Science Drive, Orlando, FL 32826.

If you elect to submit a question, we ask that you pose a specific and complete question, DO NOT write only a program acronym or name. A complete question will assist the respective Government stakeholders in providing focused and accurate answers during the session. We will first address the questions we received in advance, and if there is time remaining, open the floor for additional questions.

Information provided by the Government during this hybrid PALT Industry Update will be limited to updates pertaining to specific procurements. The Government will not provide any procurement sensitive information that would violate the integrity of the source selection process. We will continue to post updated versions of our ACC-Orlando Workload Point of Contact chart at the ACC-APG public website: https://www.army.mil/acc-apg#org-industry

Notes: You are not required to create a MS TEAMS account to join the session. In fact, to ensure you will be able to join the session, please be sure that you are NOT signed in to any MS TEAMS account when attempting to join the session as an external guest within Army 365 TEAMS. Additionally, DO NOT attempt to join the session using the APP version of TEAMS when prompted (You must join using the "website" instead).

If you are not granted access within a couple seconds, or you get the message "waiting for others to join", you are likely not in the right meeting and will need to attempt to re-join from the using the link again.
