Industrial Hygiene Calibration and Maintenance

The Health Readiness Contracting Office - East intends to Award a Firm Fixed Price, Purchase Order, on a sole source basis to TSI Incorporated, 500 Cardigan Road, Shoreview, MN 55126-3903, utilizing the authority of Title 41 U.S.C. §1901(e)(2) as implemented in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization.

This requirement is to provide calibration, repair, and maintenance on Government owned Industrial Hygiene equipment in support of the Guthrie Army health Clinic, Fort Drum, NY. TSI Incorporated is the only offeror that can support the preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration of the TSI industrial hygiene equipment with the current warranty.

Responses are dur no later than 22 September 2025 at 4:30 PM EST. Interested Organizations may submit information for consideration of their capabilities and qualifications for future acquisitions to the contract specialist, Justin C Balster electronically via email to justin.balster2.civ@health.mil. The Government intends to award a contract on or around 30 September 2025.
