The purpose of this amendment is to:

-Provide responses to vendor questions received during the solicitation period; and -Extend the solicitation closing date to allow vendors adequate time to review the updated requirements and modify their proposals accordingly. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged unless specifically modified herein. Vendors who have already submitted proposals are encouraged to review this amendment and submit revised proposals if necessary.

All proposals must acknowledge receipt of this amendment. Failure to acknowledge receipt of this amendment may result in rejection of the proposal. Acknowledgment may be made by signing and returning a copy of this amendment, by including a signed copy with the proposal, or by letter or telegram which includes a reference to the solicitation number and amendment number. Requirement: This is a CPT requirement for Immunohistochemistry Stainer at Fort Bragg, NC This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Full and Open Delivery: Womack Army Medical Center, 2817 Rock Merritt Avenue, Fort Bragg, NC 28310 NAICS Code: 334516 The US Army Health Contracting Activity (USAHCA), Fort Bragg, NC, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award an Immunohistochemistry Stainer and reagents contract.

The contractor shall provide non-personal services to include, but not limited to, all personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, training, and other items and services necessary to provide Urinalysis automation systems and reagents. The contract pricing must be an all-inclusive price within the Cost Per Kit pricing schedule. The contractor selected is responsible for equipment and services at the main facility at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC.

The contractor shall perform to the standards of the Statement of Work (SOW). The testing system must be manufactured, sold and supported by one Contractor. The testing system shall be serviced and supported by the awarded Contractor. This includes all on-site and off-site training, Information Technology (IT) management, IT implementation services, phone support, on-site and off-site services, as well as any future FDA approved testing that can be performed on contractor supplied testing system.

The testing system must be capable of interfacing with the military hospital computer system, i.e., Military Healthcare System (MHS) Genesis. The Contractor must have an established driver compatible for interfacing the analyzer with MHS Genesis. The interface between MHS Genesis and the analyzer must be bi-directional. This solicitation number W81K0425QA014 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Delivery date for this service is within 30 days of award. This is an unrestricted procurement.

The NAICS Code is 334516. The Small Business Size Standard is 1500 employees. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101 All quotes received after the date of publication of this solicitation will be considered by the Government.
