The U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Medical Readiness Contracting Office-Pacific (Joint Base Lewis-McChord Health Contracting Cell), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source for The Newborn Channel and My NICU Baby and affiliated on-line content through HealthClips at Madigan Army Medical Center, Washington.
