The Medical Readiness Contract Office – Pacific, in support of Madigan Army Medical Center, Washington, intends to modify contract W81K0223P0126 with Sebia Inc to add 2 additional products and to adjust quantities for the following items, which are compatible with the Capillarys 3 Octa Analyzer for hemoglobin electrophoresis, serum electrophoresis, urine electrophoresis, serum immunotyping, carbohydrate deficient transferrin, and hemoglobin A1C testing:

The statutory authority permitting this award without providing full and open competition is FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) which authorizes the government to award contracts when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
