This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation number is W81K0026QA257 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).  This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20260702.

This solicitation is for Human Cadavers in support of the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE), Combat Paramedic Program (CPP) at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Fort Sam Houston, TX. The Period of Performance is 30 September 2026 to 29 September 2027.
