This announcement constitutes only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation number is W81K0026QA242 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).  This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20260702.
