Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West intends to award a sole source contract to Sirtex Medical, LLC for SIR-Spheres Microspheres dosages, under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation, FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) Only one source reasonably available (e.g, urgency, exclusive licensing agreement, brand name or industrial mobilization), for William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Ft Bliss, Texas.

The sole source contract will have a period of performance is 1 Oct 2024 – 30 Sept 2025. The NAICS code 325412, size standard is 1300 employees. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for future requirements.

The solicitation number is W81K00-24-Q- 0113 and is generated for the purposes of posting this notice of intent and the final Justification and Approval (J&A) document.
