Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source. The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West, JBSA - Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price sole source contract to Bunnell, LLC. under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a)(1)(ii), sole source, for the requirement for 204-A Life Pulse High Frequency Jet Ventilator (HFJV). The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 339113- Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, SBA Small Business Size Standard: 800 Employee.
Award will be made on or after 31 May 2024. The solicitation number is W81K0024Q0107 and is generated for the purposes of posting this notice. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract. The Contracting Officer determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available.
