Combat Aviation Brigade (CAB) Headquarters Building

(AMENDMENT 0004) This amendment is to close ProjNet for any further inquiries and to provide an attachment of the Government responses to all of the submitted inquiries. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation, including the proposal due date, remain unchanged.

(AMENDMENT 0003) This amendment is to correct the definition of Recency under Evaluation Criteria for Factor 3 - Past Performance, to match the Submission Requirements section for Factor 3. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation, including the proposal due date, remain unchanged. (AMENDMENT 0002) This amendment is to correct and update the Inquiry Key for ProjNet within the solicitation. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation, including the proposal due date, remain unchanged.

(AMENDMENT 0001) This amendment is to provide information for the site visit under FAR clause 52.236-27. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation, including the proposal due date, remain unchanged.

IMPORTANT: This solicitation is restricted only for vendors on the Asayish List. Proposals from vendors not on the Asayish List will not be reviewed or accepted.

This requirement is being solicited as design-build for the construction of a Combat Aviation Brigade (CAB) headquarters building. The Contractor is responsible for a complete set of contract drawings and specifications and designing all aspects of this project.

The Contractor is to deliver a complete and usable facility that meets the Statement of Work (SOW), which consists of electrical and mechanical systems to include power connection and service, new lights and receptacles, mini split heating/air conditioning units, as well as the installation of two new generators, a manual transfer switch and fuel tank. The Contractor is to provide all labor, material, equipment, testing, and site supervision necessary for the design and construction of a new CAB headquarters building.
