The Army Contract Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Instant Connect Enterprise (ICE) - Lite software subscription for procurements in the duration of the five fiscal years. Additional information regarding the requirement is available in the Instant Connect Enterprise RFI attachment accompanying this notice.
