G2 Access Control System Lifecycle

This order is awarded as a sole-source action pursuant to RFO FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) and GSAM 538.7104-3(b)(1)(ii) - Only One Source is Capable. Advantor Systems II LLC is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the active security framework at Fort Johnson. Procuring an alternative system would result in a 100% cost duplication, compromise current system accreditations (UL-2050), and violate physical security protocols under Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705. A Limited Sources Justification (LSJ) was executed and approved by the Contracting Officer.
