Amendment 0005 - Update to the proposal due date and section I of the RFP. Please acknowledge Amendment 0005 when filling out a proposal. This acquiistion anticipates to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a result of this solicitation.

CLIN 0002AA, Slat Delta Kit (FSVVA1), Part Number: LS1143613, Quantity: 017 c. CLIN 0003AA, Slat Delta Kit (MCCVA1, MEVVA1), Part Number: LS1142526, Quantity: 050 d. CLIN 0004AA, Slat Delta Kit (CVVA1), Part Number: LS1142525, Quantity: 022 Attachments 0001 - 0004 requires the vendor to be certified. Specifically Attachment 0004 is export controlled.

Vendors must email the POCs indicated in this posting for access to these attachments. These attachments require validation prior to access and vendors must follow the actions below.

Joint Certification Program (Export Control): You must be certified under the United States/ Canada Joint Certification Program (JSP) (https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/) to be granted access to the Technical Data (TDP) for this solicitation. The data custodian identified in the DD 2345 is the only authorized official to request the TDP. CAUTION: The intended solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.
